By aligning all aspects—from income and investments to protection and legacy planning—he ensures every recommendation is both intentional and, in the client’s, interest.
Outside of his professional work, Austin is deeply passionate about mentorship. He has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay for the past eight years, serving as a mentor and role model. His "Little" recently graduated high school and earned a scholarship to play college football.
Austin met his wife, Taylor, during their freshman year of college. The two married in 2016 and now live in St. Petersburg, Florida, where they enjoy the strong sense of community and vibrant work-life balance. In June 2023, they welcomed their daughter, Delta Lentz, who has quickly become the center of their world. As a family, they love traveling and making the most of life together.
